The Blackrock Homes and Commercial building process is unlike anything you have experienced before. We are a full-service boutique builder specializing in acreage and commercial construction. This means that we handle everything from the initial drafting of your plans and budget, to ensuring your lawn is freshly mowed for the first time upon possession.
We use professional grade 3D architectural software in combination with either in-person or remote meetings to design your building plans and specifications with you. Our budgeting, specifications, scheduling and service coordination is all done online, with each of our clients receiving their own mobile app and unique login credentials. This allows you to follow along as we manage your project in real time, offering unrivalled transparency of the building process.
